1. He should have prior knowledge of Project Location and Working Conditions.
2. He should take prevalent labour rates at project location prior to working on estimate.
3. He should do feasibility study of availability of bulk materials and arrive landing cost prior to woking on estimate.
4. He should take off the quantities from available drawings and specifications.
5. He should have good knowledge of adopting thumb rule cost as per nature and volume of building.
6. He shall be good at soft skills like Acad, MS Office, MS Project.
